  • Conceptual Framework: Positions Peruvian cuisine as a performance and symbolic carrier, inviting reflection on the physical context, spatiality, and mindfulness embedded within the gastronomic act.

  • Design & Digital Fabrication: Designed through digital intervention and executed via 3D printing technology to create a custom physical platter for traditional Peruvian ceviche, with technical 3D modeling support from Paloma Ferrero.
